North Carolina High School Basketball - Clinton topped by Wallace-Rose Hill

The Wallace-Rose Hill Bulldogs basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the host Clinton Dark Horses to 44 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Monday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southwest Onslow for a 2A East Central contest on Thursday, February 8. Wallace-Rose Hill will battle a Stallions team coming off a 76-49 league win over South Lenoir (Deep Run, NC). The Stallions record now stands at 15-5.
The Dark Horses (8-10) will now prepare for their contest against Red Springs (Red Springs, NC). The Red Devils come into the 2A Southeastern contest with a 8-12 record. In their last contest, Red Springs was defeated by St. Pauls (St. Pauls, NC), 68-63, in a league contest.
