In Monday's non-league outing, the Cornerstone Eagles (Birmingham, AL) basketball squad felled the visiting Westminster Christian Academy Wildcats (Huntsville, AL), by a margin of 58-46.
The Eagles (9-16) will now prepare for their outing against Altamont (Birmingham, AL). The Knights go into the non-league outing with a 18-9 record. In their last outing, Altamont thwarted Vincent (Vincent, AL), 69-63, in a non-league outing.
The Wildcats now own a 4-18 record. They play next when they travel to St. John Paul II for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 6. Westminster Christian Academy will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 72-61 non-league win over Oakwood Academy (Huntsville, AL). The Falcons record now stands at 17-9.
