The Trico Pioneers basketball team (Campbell Hill, IL), was nudged 56-55 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Eldorado Eagles (Eldorado, IL)
The Eagles now possess a 7-19 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carmi-White County for a Black Diamond - East battle on Tuesday, February 6. Eldorado will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 43-21 non-league loss to Mt. Carmel (Mt. Carmel, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 19-6.
The Pioneers (5-23) will now prepare for their battle against Goreville (Goreville, IL). The Blackcats come into the Black Diamond - West battle with a 25-2 record.
