The Mackinaw City Comets (Mackinaw City, MI) basketball crushed the host Engadine Eagles (Engadine, MI), 61-31 in Monday's non-league test.
The Comets (10-6) will now prepare for their test against Wolverine (Wolverine, MI). The Wildcats go into the Northern Lakes test with a 4-9 record. In their last test, Wolverine was trounced by Ellsworth (Ellsworth, MI), 68-52, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 0-13 record. They play next when they host Mid Peninsula for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 7.
