The Greenbrier West Cavaliers basketball team (Charmco, WV), was overwhelmed 68-24 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Ravenswood Red Devils (Ravenswood, WV)
The Red Devils now possess a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Parkersburg Catholic for a Little Kanawha - West battle on Friday, February 9. Ravenswood will battle a Crusaders team coming off a 72-38 league loss to Wirt County (Elizabeth, WV). The Crusaders record now stands at 5-9.
The Cavaliers (6-7) will now prepare for their battle against Independence (Coal City, WV). The Patriots come into the non-league battle with a 4-9 record. In their last battle, Independence trounced Liberty (Glen Daniel, WV), 62-50, in a league battle.
