Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Wilby Wildcats (Waterbury, CT) and the host Harding Presidents (Bridgeport, CT), saw Wilby's basketball squad overcome Harding by a tally of 82-70.

With the victory, Wilby improves its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Watertown (Watertown, CT) to confront the Indians in a Naugatuck Valley 3 challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 2-12. Watertown lost 71-50 in their recent league challenge against Seymour (Seymour, CT)

Next up, the Presidents confront the Shepaug Valley Spartans (Washington, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 7. Harding will attempt to improve on its 4-9 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 11-5 record after their 98-43 league win over Gilbert (Winsted, CT).
