In Monday's non-league outing, the Mount Ayr Raiders (Mount Ayr, IA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Interstate 35 Roadrunners (Truro, IA), by a count of 61-39.
The Roadrunners now hold a 2-15 record. They play next when they travel to Pleasantville for a West Central outing on Tuesday, February 6. Interstate 35 will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 67-36 league loss to Des Moines Christian (Des Moines, IA). The Trojans record now stands at 11-8.
