Jehovah-Jireh Warriors (Baton Rouge, LA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Louisiana School for the Deaf War Eagles (Baton Rouge, LA), 64-16 in a league bout.

With the win, Jehovah-Jireh upgrades its record to 4-16 on the season. The Warriors travel to Istrouma (Baton Rouge, LA) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 8. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 5-11.

Next up, the War Eagles play the Catholic of Pointe Coupee Hornets (New Roads, LA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 8. Louisiana School for the Deaf will attempt to upgrade on its 3-21 season record. The Hornets go into the bout with a 9-13 record after their 60-33 league win over False River (New Roads, LA).
