The Walther Christian Academy Broncos (Melrose Park, IL) basketball felled the host Northtown Pumas (Chicago, IL), 66-47 in Monday's league test.
The Broncos (4-21) will now prepare for their test against Schaumburg (Schaumburg, IL). The Saxons go into the non-league test with a 14-13 record. In their last test, Schaumburg was beaten by Conant (Hoffman Estates, IL), 58-48, in a league test.
The Pumas now own a 3-14 record. They play next when they travel to Mather for a non-league test on Wednesday, February 7. Northtown will encounter a Rangers squad coming off a 53-51 non-league loss to Austin College and Career Academy (Chicago, IL). The Rangers record now stands at 9-15.
