With the victory, AGWSR improves its record to 10-9 on the campaign. The Cougars host East Marshall (Le Grand, IA) to confront the Mustangs in a North Iowa Cedar - West challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Mustangs come into the battle with a record of 6-15. East Marshall won 48-44 in their recent non-league battle against GMG (Garwin, IA)

The Royals (4-17) will now prepare for their battle against BCLUW (Conrad, IA). The Comets come into the non-league battle with a 13-8 record. In their last battle, BCLUW was overwhelmed by South Hardin (Eldora, IA), 44-32, in a league battle.
