In Monday's league match, the visiting Bishop Walsh Spartans basketball team scored a decisive 51-22 triumph over the Hancock Panthers.
In their next game, the Spartans meet the Northern Huskies (Accident, MD) in a Appalachian Mountain match, on Wednesday, February 7. Bishop Walsh will attempt to move on its 4-10 season record. The Huskies enter the match with a 9-8 record after their 54-32 league loss to Allegany (Cumberland, MD).
