The Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington Blue Jays basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the host Blanchester Wildcats to 36 in the Blue Jays non-league victory on Monday.
The Blue Jays now sport a 10-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Manchester for a Southern Hills contest on Thursday, February 8. Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington will battle a Greyhounds team coming off a 57-50 non-league loss to Green (Franklin Furnace, OH). The Greyhounds record now stands at 4-17.
The Wildcats (4-17) will now prepare for their contest against Madeira (Cincinnati, OH). The MUSTANGS/AMAZONS come into the non-league contest with a 10-9 record.
