With the win, Central upgrades its record to 10-12 on the season. The Wildcats travel to St. Joseph's Academy (Baton Rouge, LA) to play the Redstickers in a 5A District 4 bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Redstickers go into the bout with a record of 9-15. St. Joseph's Academy lost 52-13 in their recent league bout against Liberty Magnet (Baton Rouge, LA)

Next up, the Tigers play the Ascension Catholic Bulldogs (Donaldsonville, LA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 8. Dunham will attempt to upgrade on its 22-7 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 11-15 record after their 37-35 league loss to St. John (Plaquemine, LA).
