The Cloquet Lumberjacks basketball team scored 82 points and held the visiting Denfeld Hunters to 26 in the Lumberjacks league triumph on Monday.

The Lumberjacks now sport a 13-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coon Rapids for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 8. Cloquet will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 68-61 non-league win over Robbinsdale Armstrong (Plymouth, MN). The Cardinals record now stands at 9-11.

With the defeat, Denfeld moves to 3-21 on the year. The Hunters travel to Hinckley-Finlayson (Hinckley, MN) to face the Jaguars in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 6.
