The Hamilton-Wenham Regional Generals (South Hamilton, MA) basketball crushed the visiting Essex Tech Hawks (Hathorne, MA), 42-13 in Monday's league test.

The Generals (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Amesbury (Amesbury, MA). The Redhawks go into the Cape Ann - Middle test with a 4-11 record.

The Hawks now own a 4-13 record. They play next when they travel to Lynnfield for a Cape Ann - Large test on Thursday, February 8.
