The Jayhawk Linn Jayhawks basketball team scored 43 points and held the visiting Uniontown Eagles to 26 in the Jayhawks non-league triumph on Monday.
The Jayhawks now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Erie for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 6. Jayhawk Linn will meet a Red Devils team coming off a 49-44 non-league loss to Bluestem (Leon, KS). The Red Devils record now stands at 3-11.
The Eagles (8-8) will now prepare for their contest against Pleasanton (Pleasanton, KS). The Blu-Jays enter the non-league contest with a 7-7 record. In their last contest, Pleasanton ran past Chetopa (Chetopa, KS), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
