Letchworth Indians (Gainesville, NY) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting School of the Arts Silverhawks (Rochester, NY), 59-28 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Letchworth upgrades its record to 7-8 on the season. The Indians travel to Geneseo (Geneseo, NY) to play the Blue Devils in a Section 5 Livingston 2 bout on Wednesday, February 7. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 4-7. Geneseo won 49-29 in their recent league bout against Warsaw (Warsaw, NY)

Next up, the Silverhawks play the East Eagles (Rochester, NY) in a Section 5 Rochester City bout, on Wednesday, February 7. School of the Arts will attempt to upgrade on its 2-12 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 17-4 record after their 59-39 non-league loss to Palmyra-Macedon (Palmyra, NY).
