School for Entrepreneurship & Technology Lions (San Diego, CA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Monarch Royals (San Diego, CA), 35-22 in a non-league bout.

With the win, School for Entrepreneurship & Technology upgrades its record to 4-9 on the season. The Lions travel to O'Farrell Charter (San Diego, CA) to play the Falcons in a Patriot bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 12-10. O'Farrell Charter won 31-26 in their recent league bout against High Tech CV (Chula Vista, CA)

Next up, the Royals play the Foothills Christian Knights (El Cajon, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Monarch will attempt to upgrade on its 6-11 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 6-10 record after their 44-29 league win over Coastal Academy (Oceanside, CA).
