Phillips Wildcats (Chicago, IL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Westinghouse Warriors (Chicago, IL), 53-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Phillips upgrades its record to 15-12 on the season.

Next up, the Warriors clash with the Johnson Pumas (Chicago, IL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 8. Westinghouse will attempt to upgrade on its 20-4 season record. The Pumas go into the bout with a 12-10 record after their 71-31 non-league loss to Butler (Chicago, IL).
