The Rocky Hill Country Day Mariners basketball team (East Greenwich, RI), was toppled 52-33 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Putnam Science Academy (Putnam, CT)

The now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hyde for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 17.

The Mariners (11-7) will now prepare for their contest against St. Andrew's (Barrington, RI). The Saints enter the Independent School B contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, St. Andrew's ran past Rocky Hill Country Day (East Greenwich, RI), 61-50, in a league contest.
