The Ridge View Raptors basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Storm Lake St. Mary Panthers to 30 in the Raptors non-league triumph on Monday.
The Raptors now sport a 9-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maple Valley-Anthon-Oto/Charter Oak-Ute for a Western Valley - North contest on Tuesday, February 13. Ridge View will meet a team coming off a 66-55 non-league win over Woodbine (Woodbine, IA). The record now stands at 15-6.
The Panthers (1-19) will now prepare for their contest against West Bend-Mallard (West Bend, IA). The Wolverines enter the non-league contest with a 10-10 record. In their last contest, West Bend-Mallard was routed by Pocahontas (Pocahontas, IA), 56-41, in a league contest.
