St. Joseph Cadets (Trumbull, CT) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Westhill Vikings (Stamford, CT), 56-16 in a league bout.

With the victory, St. Joseph upgrades its record to 15-1 on the campaign. The Cadets host Wilton (Wilton, CT) to play the Warriors in a Fairfield County bout on Friday, February 9. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 8-9. Wilton won 59-34 in their recent league bout against Bridgeport Central (Bridgeport, CT)

Next up, the Vikings play the New Canaan Rams (New Canaan, CT) in a Fairfield County bout, on Thursday, February 8. Westhill will attempt to upgrade on its 0-15 season record. The Rams come into the bout with a 11-6 record after their 41-25 league win over McMahon (Norwalk, CT).
