With the victory, Godwin improves its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Freeman (Richmond, VA) to confront the Mavericks in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 9. The Mavericks come into the challenge with a record of 5-4.

Next up, the Lions confront the Western Albemarle Warriors (Crozet, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. Louisa County will attempt to improve on its 10-9 season record.
