Illinois High School Basketball - LaSalle-Peru tops Prairie Central

LaSalle-Peru Cavaliers (LaSalle, IL) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Prairie Central Hawks (Fairbury, IL), 38-21 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, LaSalle-Peru upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign.

Next up, the Hawks play the Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley Falcons (Gibson City, IL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Prairie Central will attempt to upgrade on its 3-16 season record.
