The Peninsula Catholic Knights basketball team (Newport News, VA), was nudged 56-52 in Monday's league battle with the visiting Cape Henry Collegiate Dolphins (Virginia Beach, VA)

The Dolphins now sport a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Norfolk Christian for a battle on Thursday, February 8. Cape Henry Collegiate will battle a Ambassadors team coming off a 65-46 league loss to Catholic (Virginia Beach, VA). The Ambassadors record now stands at 13-2.

The Knights (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Steward (Richmond, VA). The Spartans come into the battle with a 6-7 record. In their last battle, Steward edged Cape Henry Collegiate (Virginia Beach, VA), 44-32, in a league battle.
