Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Clarion-Limestone can't get by Oil City

The Clarion-Limestone Lions basketball squad (Strattanville, PA), was nudged 57-54 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Oil City Oilers (Oil City, PA)

With the victory, Oil City advances its record to 12-6 on the year. The Oilers host Warren (Warren, PA) to meet the Dragons in a District 10 Region 5 battle on Friday, February 7. The Dragons enter the battle with a record of 13-4.

The Lions now own a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Forest for a non-league battle on Friday, February 7. Clarion-Limestone will meet a Bears squad coming off a 63-17 non-league loss to Keystone (Knox, PA). The Bears record now stands at 1-7.
