The Fremont Packers basketball team scored 55 points and limited the visiting Western Michigan Christian Warriors to 51 in the Packers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Packers now have a 5-12 record. They play next when they travel to Orchard View for a Western Michigan Lakes - Lakes game on Friday, February 7. Fremont will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 61-31 league loss to Oakridge (Muskegon, MI). The Cardinals record now stands at 5-11.

With the loss, Western Michigan Christian falls to 10-6 on the campaign. The Warriors host North Muskegon (North Muskegon, MI) to confront the Norsemen in a non-league game on Friday, February 7. The Norsemen go into the game with a record of 15-0. North Muskegon won 47-34 in their recent non-league game against Manistee (Manistee, MI)
