In Wednesday's league test, the North Point Eagles (Waldorf, MD) basketball squad got by the visiting McDonough Rams (Pomfret, MD), by a final score of 48-45.

Next, the Eagles clash with the Huntingtown Hurricanes (Huntingtown, MD) in a Southern Maryland test, on Friday, February 7. North Point will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Hurricanes come into the test with a 10-7 record after their 50-34 league loss to St. Charles (Waldorf, MD).

The Rams (11-7) will now prepare for their test against Lackey (Indian Head, MD). The Chargers come into the Southern Maryland test with a 16-2 record. In their last test, Lackey held off Leonardtown (Leonardtown, MD), 69-54, in a league test.
