The Doyle Tigers (Livingston, LA) basketball were winner over the visiting Loranger Wolves (Loranger, LA), 41-31 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 19-6 record. They play next when they travel to Springfield for a 3A District 8 bout on Friday, February 7. Doyle will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 49-21 league win over Bogalusa (Bogalusa, LA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 17-8.
With the loss, Loranger falls to 10-13 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Franklinton (Franklinton, LA) to play the Demons in a 4A District 7 bout on Friday, February 7. The Demons go into the bout with a record of 8-12. Franklinton lost 58-30 in their recent league bout against Archbishop Hannan (Covington, LA)
