North Carolina High School Basketball - Western Alamance toppled by T.W. Andrews

T.W. Andrews Red Raiders (High Point, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Western Alamance Warriors (Elon, NC), 60-52 in a non-league match.

With the victory, T.W. Andrews upgrades its record to 18-1 on the year. The Red Raiders travel to Walkertown (Walkertown, NC) to face the Wolfpack in a 2A Mid-State match on Tuesday, February 11. The Wolfpack enter the match with a record of 0-9.

The Warriors now sport a 17-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cedar Ridge for a 3A Central match on Friday, February 7. Western Alamance will face a Fighting Red Wolves squad coming off a 47-35 league win over Eastern Alamance (Mebane, NC). The Fighting Red Wolves record now stands at 7-11.
