The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the West Union Dragons (West Union, OH) and the visiting Western Indians (Latham, OH), observed West Union's basketball team overwhelm Western by a score of 66-8.

The Dragons (11-10) will now prepare for their challenge against North Adams (Seaman, OH). The Green Devils come into the Southern Hills challenge with a 15-5 record. In their last challenge, North Adams trounced Lynchburg-Clay (Lynchburg, OH), 51-37, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Indians encounter the Northwest Mohawks (McDermott, OH) in a Southern Ohio II challenge, on Thursday, February 6. Western will attempt to improve on its 0-17 season record. The Mohawks come into the challenge with a 10-11 record after their 60-20 non-league win over East (Sciotoville, OH).
