In Monday's non-league outing, the Black River Falls Tigers (Black River Falls, WI) basketball squad beat the host Melrose-Mindoro Mustangs (Melrose, WI), by a count of 49-38.
The Tigers (6-12) will now prepare for their outing against Viroqua (Viroqua, WI). The Blackhawks go into the Coulee outing with a 1-14 record. In their last outing, Viroqua was topped by North Crawford (Soldiers Grove, WI), 48-42, in a non-league outing.
