The Denfeld Hunters basketball team scored 87 points and restricted the visiting Two Harbors Agates to 70 in the Hunters non-league victory on Monday.
The Hunters now sport a 9-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Zimmerman for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 11. Denfeld will battle a Thunder team coming off a 76-51 non-league loss to Albany (Albany, MN). The Thunder record now stands at 6-13.
The Agates (19-3) will now prepare for their contest against Cromwell (Cromwell, MN). The Cardinals come into the non-league contest with a 9-8 record. In their last contest, Cromwell was defeated by Barnum (Barnum, MN), 53-32, in a non-league contest.
