Milford Bearcats (Milford, IL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Donovan Wildcats (Donovan, IL), 77-55 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Milford upgrades its record to 20-8 on the season. The Bearcats travel to Iroquois West (Gilman, IL) to clash with the Raiders in a Vermilion Valley bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 19-5. Iroquois West won 35-33 in their recent league bout against Oakwood (Fithian, IL)

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Illinois Lutheran Chargers (Crete, IL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 10. Donovan will attempt to upgrade on its 10-13 season record. The Chargers go into the bout with a 7-19 record after their 70-61 non-league win over Families of Faith Christian Academy (Channahon, IL).
