The Sacred Heart Academy Irish basketball team (Mt. Pleasant, MI), dropped 59-51 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Gladwin Flying G's (Gladwin, MI)

The Flying G's now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pinconning for a Jack Pine battle on Friday, February 10.

The Irish (10-4) will now prepare for their battle against Breckenridge (Breckenridge, MI). The Huskies come into the Mid-State battle with a 10-5 record. In their last battle, Breckenridge prevailed over Ashley (Ashley, MI), 80-36, in a league battle.
