The Montpelier Solons routed the visiting Williamstown Blue Devils basketball team by a final score of 85-40 in Monday's league game.

In their next game, the Solons face the Lamoille Lancers (Hyde Park, VT) in a Capital game, on Wednesday, February 8. Montpelier will attempt to move on its 10-3 season record. The Lancers enter the game with a 5-5 record after their 56-49 league win over Williamstown (Williamstown, VT).
