The Sutton Sammies basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Northbridge Rams to 44 in the Sammies non-league triumph on Monday.
The Sammies now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Millbury for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 9. Sutton will battle a Woolies team coming off a 57-32 non-league win over Hopedale (Hopedale, MA). The Woolies record now stands at 12-4.
The Rams (5-10) will now prepare for their contest against Bartlett (Webster, MA). The Indians enter the non-league contest with a 7-7 record. In their last contest, Bartlett was defeated by Bay Path RVT (Charlton, MA), 60-40, in a non-league contest.
