Riverdale Chieftains (Muscoda, WI) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Wonewoc-Center Wolves (Wonewoc, WI), 71-28 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Riverdale upgrades its record to 4-14 on the campaign. The Chieftains travel to Weston (Cazenovia, WI) to play the Silver Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Silver Eagles come into the bout with a record of 4-14. Weston lost 67-53 in their recent league bout against North Crawford (Soldiers Grove, WI)

Next up, the Wolves play the Royall Panthers (Elroy, WI) in a Scenic Bluffs bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Wonewoc-Center will attempt to upgrade on its 0-17 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 13-5 record after their 61-54 non-league win over Blair-Taylor (Blair, WI).
