The Steelville Cardinals basketball team scored 85 points and restricted the visiting Viburnum Blue Jays to 19 in the Cardinals league victory on Monday.

The Cardinals now sport a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Belle for a Gasconade Valley match on Tuesday, February 7. Steelville will meet a Tigers team coming off a 81-15 league win over Viburnum (Viburnum, MO). The Tigers record now stands at 5-4.

With the defeat, Viburnum moves to 0-10 on the year. The Blue jays travel to Vienna (Vienna, MO) to meet the Eagles in a Gasconade Valley match on Friday, February 10. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 7-16. Vienna lost 46-32 in their recent non-league match against Crocker (Crocker, MO)
