Connecticut High School Basketball - Notre Dame Catholic trounces Bunnell

February 6, 2023: Fairfield, CT 06825

The Notre Dame Catholic Lancers (Fairfield, CT) basketball crushed the visiting Bunnell Bulldogs (Stratford, CT), 50-16 in Monday's league test.

The Lancers (9-8) will now prepare for their test against Bethel (Bethel, CT). The Wildcats go into the Southwest - Patriot test with a 10-8 record. In their last test, Bethel was trounced by New Milford (New Milford, CT), 41-27, in a league test.

The Bulldogs now own a 2-16 record. They play next when they travel to Newtown for a Southwest - Patriot test on Thursday, February 9. Bunnell will encounter a Nighthawks squad coming off a 39-21 non-league win over Joel Barlow (Redding, CT). The Nighthawks record now stands at 14-3.
