The Valley Cavaliers basketball team (Bingham, ME), was toppled 80-67 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Carrabec Cobras (North Anson, ME)
The Cobras now possess a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wiscasset for a C South battle on Tuesday, February 7. Carrabec will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 57-13 league loss to Boothbay (Boothbay Harbor, ME). The Wolverines record now stands at 0-7.
The Cavaliers (13-4) will now prepare for their battle against Greenville (Greenville, ME). The Lakers come into the D South battle with a 4-12 record. In their last battle, Greenville was toppled by Deer Isle-Stonington (Deer Isle, ME), 39-28, in a non-league battle.
