The Rushford-Peterson Trojans basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Southland Rebels to 43 in the Trojans league triumph on Monday.
The Trojans now sport a 12-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Spring Grove for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 11. Rushford-Peterson will battle a Lions team coming off a 54-47 league win over Southland (Adams, MN). The Lions record now stands at 10-12.
The Rebels (4-18) will now prepare for their contest against Spring Grove (Spring Grove, MN). The Lions enter the A Section 1 contest with a 9-12 record. In their last contest, Spring Grove ran past Lyle/Pacelli (Lyle, MN), 73-47, in a league contest.
