In Monday's non-league battle, the host St. Paul's Episcopal Saints soccer squad scored a close 7-1 win over the Robertsdale Golden Bears.
The Saints (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Bryant (Irvington, AL). The Hurricanes go into the 7A Area 1 battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Bryant was overwhelmed by Foley (Foley, AL), 9-3, in a non-league battle.
The Golden Bears (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against Theodore (Theodore, AL). The Bobcats go into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Theodore was overwhelmed by Satsuma (Satsuma, AL), 5-3, in a non-league test.
