St. Paul Knights (Worcester, MA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Assabet Valley RVT Aztecs (Marlborough, MA), 72-56 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, St. Paul upgrades its record to 7-7 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Burncoat (Worcester, MA) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Friday, February 9. The Patriots come into the bout with a record of 8-6. Burncoat lost 70-63 in their recent non-league bout against Fitchburg (Fitchburg, MA)

Next up, the Aztecs play the Whitinsville Christian Crusaders (Whitinsville, MA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 9. Assabet Valley RVT will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Crusaders come into the bout with a 7-8 record after their 59-35 non-league loss to Maimonides (Brookline, MA).
