The Checotah Wildcats basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the visiting Roland Rangers to 51 in the Wildcats league victory on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now sport a 5-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Muldrow for a NOAA contest on Friday, February 9. Checotah will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 65-45 league loss to Stilwell (Stilwell, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-9.

The Rangers (19-2) will now prepare for their contest against Inola (Inola, OK). The Longhorns come into the non-league contest with a 15-3 record. In their last contest, Inola prevailed over Kansas (Kansas, OK), 67-49, in a league contest.
