The Strafford Indians basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Clever Blue Jays to 46 in the Indians league triumph on Tuesday.
The Indians now sport a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Skyline for a Mid-Lakes contest on Friday, February 9. Strafford will battle a Tigers team coming off a 74-62 league loss to Forsyth (Forsyth, MO). The Tigers record now stands at 7-12.
The Blue Jays (5-13) will now prepare for their contest against Greenwood (Springfield, MO). The Blue Jays enter the non-league contest with a 14-3 record. In their last contest, Greenwood was defeated by Logan-Rogersville (Rogersville, MO), 54-44, in a non-league contest.
