Kansas High School Basketball - Wichita County ripped by Dighton

In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Dighton Hornets basketball team scored a decisive 59-33 triumph over the Wichita County Indians.

In their next game, the Hornets meet the Western Plains Bobcats (Ransom, KS) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 9. Dighton will attempt to better on its 16-1 season record. The Bobcats enter the match with a 2-5 record after their 46-40 non-league loss to Wheatland-Grinnell (Grainfield, KS).

With the defeat, Wichita County moves to 8-7 on the year. The Indians travel to Sublette (Sublette, KS) to meet the Larks in a non-league match on Friday, February 9.
