Dryden Cardinals (Dryden, MI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Memphis Yellowjackets (Memphis, MI), 63-15 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Dryden upgrades its record to 14-3 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Kingston (Kingston, MI) to play the Cardinals in a North Central Thumb bout on Friday, February 9. The Cardinals come into the bout with a record of 10-6. Kingston lost 70-64 in their recent non-league bout against Ubly (Ubly, MI)

Next up, the Yellowjackets play the Capac Chiefs (Capac, MI) in a Greater Thumb - East bout, on Friday, February 9. Memphis will attempt to upgrade on its 1-17 season record. The Chiefs come into the bout with a 8-8 record after their 44-42 non-league loss to Peck (Peck, MI).
