The Elmwood Park Crusaders basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Wallington Panthers to 27 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Crusaders now sport a 3-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host Midland Park for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 8. Elmwood Park will meet a Panthers team coming off a 67-38 non-league win over Wood-Ridge (Wood-Ridge, NJ). The Panthers record now stands at 7-13.
The Panthers (5-16) will now prepare for their contest against Palisades Park (Palisades Park, NJ). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 2-15 record. In their last contest, Palisades Park triumphed over Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology (Paterson, NJ), 46-45, in a non-league contest.
