Frederick Fraize Aces (Cloverport, KY) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Kentucky School for the Deaf Colonels (Danville, KY), 47-10 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Frederick Fraize upgrades its record to 3-17 on the season. The Aces travel to Meade County (Brandenburg, KY) to play the Green Waves in a District 11 bout on Thursday, February 8. The Green Waves go into the bout with a record of 9-13. Meade County lost 77-62 in their recent non-league bout against Elizabethtown (Elizabethtown, KY)

Next up, the Colonels play the Burgin Bulldogs (Burgin, KY) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 7. Kentucky School for the Deaf will attempt to upgrade on its 0-10 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 5-19 record after their 73-47 non-league loss to Washington County (Springfield, KY).
